HANSEN, Circuit Judge.

LMT Fette, Inc. (LMT), a Delaware corporation, appeals the district court’s

grant of summary judgment to Wells Fargo Financial Leasing, Inc. (Wells Fargo), an Iowa corporation, in this diversity-based contract dispute. We affirm.

The district court found that the undisputed facts include the following.
