The plaintiffs, Ronald Stull, Regina Stull, Robert Stull, and Alicia Stull, brought this action against the defendants, Corrigan Racquetball Club, Inc. and Manee Ekas, after the plaintiff, Ronald Stull, suffered an injury while exercising at Corrigan Racquetball Club, Inc. The complaint includes claims for negligence and loss of consortium.
