Defendant Sidney Osman appeals from the judgment of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York convicting him, after a jury trial, of the sole count against him, conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute one hundred grams or more of phencyclidine (“PCP”), in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 812, 841(a)(1), 841(b)(1)(A) and 846.
