In this appeal, we review the district court’s decision granting Defendants — Appellees’, The Noble Denton Group, Noble Denton Europe, Ltd., Noble Denton and Associates, Noble Denton & Associates, Ltd., and Noble Denton Qatar (hereinafter collectively, “Noble Denton”), motion to dismiss pursuant to FED. R. CIV. P. 12(b)(2) for lack of personal jurisdiction.
