Christopher Joel Biggers appeals his conviction and 65-month sentence for bank robbery in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2113(a). Pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738, 87 S.Ct. 1396, 18 L.Ed.2d 493 (1967), counsel for Biggers has filed a brief stating that he finds no meritorious issues, along with a motion to withdraw as counsel of record.
