MEMORANDUM *

Karen Ann F. Kelly appeals from the district court’s grant of judgment as a matter of law in favor of the County of Orange on her claim that the County failed to accommodate reasonably her religious beliefs in violation of 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e(j), 2000e-2(a)(l). See EEOC v. Townley Eng’g & Mfg. Co., 859 F.2d 610, 613-14 (9th Cir.1988).
