Dong Chung is a tenacious litigator. Pursuing a pro se discrimination lawsuit against her former employer, KPMG LLP, she quickly established a pattern of challenging nearly every ruling that didn’t go her way, requesting sanctions against the other party, and asking the court to justify its decisions more fully.
