John Britt appeals pro se through his guardian, Minnie Alice Britt, from the district court’s dismissal of a civil action in which he alleged violations of due process and the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (“RICO”), 18 U.S.C. §§ 1961-1968. The appeal has been referred to a panel of this court pursuant to Rule 34(j)(l), Rules of the Sixth Circuit.
