{¶ 1} This cause is before the court upon motions for summary judgment filed by defendants the Douglas Company (“Douglas”) and Precision Panel, Inc. (“Precision”) and plaintiffs. Upon consideration of the pleadings, memoranda of counsel, and applicable law, this court finds the plaintiffs’ motion well taken, and it is granted.
