THIS MATTER is before the Court on the Defendant’s post-trial “Motion for Judgment of Acquittal, New Trial, Arrest of Judgment and Extension of Time.” The Defendant files this Motion after having been *34tried and convicted by a jury of three (3) Counts of Fraudulent Claims Upon the Government in violation of Title 14 V.I.C. § 843(2).
