RULING ON POST TRIAL MOTIONS

DRONEY, District Judge.

Defendant Edmund Funaro, Jr., has moved the Court under Fed.R.Crim.P. 29 (hereafter, “Rule 29 Motion”) to set aside the jury’s guilty verdict as to all 27 counts of the Second Superseding Indictment, or, in the alternative, to grant a new trial under Fed. R.Crim.P. 33 (hereafter, “Rule 33 Motion”).
