OPINION

BILLINGS, Presiding Judge:

¶ 1 Jeffrey Randall Smit (Defendant) appeals the trial court’s denial of his motion to withdraw his guilty plea. We affirm.

¶ 2 The State of Utah charged Defendant with two counts of criminal nonsupport, a third-degree felony.
