This is an appeal from the granting of a directed verdict against Appellant, Archie Moreno, in favor of all defendants below. Suit was originally filed by Appellant against Appellees seeking damages related to the medical treatment received by Appellant at Columbia Medical Center-East, as provided by Appellee physicians.
