OPINION
EVA M. GUZMAN, Justice.
Appellant entered pleas of guilty to two counts of intoxication manslaughter and one count of intoxication assault. He was convicted and the jury assessed punishment at twelve years’ incarceration for each count of intoxication manslaughter and ten years for intoxication assault.
