Alimenta (USA), Inc. sued Oil Seed South, LLC, to enforce the indemnity provisions in the parties’ contract. Alimenta also sued Oil Seed’s owners, Roy Harris and Ronney Ledford, to enforce their personal guarantees. The defendants counterclaimed for fraudulent inducement and breach of fiduciary duty.
