Background

This matter is before the Court on the Court’s order “to show cause under Rule 9011 why [Attorney Michael Howard] should not be sanctioned for filing an opposition (Document #27) without any basis in fact.” The Court held a hearing on the Chapter 13 Trustee’s Motion to Dismiss the Case pursuant to § 1307(c)(4) of the Code.
