LAMBERT, Chief Justice.

Movant, Melissa Haggard, was temporarily suspended from the practice of law on August 4, 2001 by order of this Court entered on October 25, 2001.

Haggard has filed an application for reinstatement pursuant to SCR 3.510, and the Board of Governors has recommended that Haggard be reinstated.
