MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

BROWNING, District Judge.

THIS MATTER comes before the Court on Defendant Antonius Maria Heijnen’s Request for documents and discovery, filed January 20, 2005 (Doc. 59). The Court held a hearing on this motion on January 31, 2005. The primary issue is whether the Court should order someone to produce the information that the Defendant, Antonius Maria Heijnen, requests.
