OPINION and ORDER

CRABB, District Judge.

From June to September 2002, plaintiff Mellissa Kolpien was sexually harassed by her supervisor while working at a Family Dollar store in Mauston, Wisconsin. On the same day she reported the harassment to a superior, defendant Family Dollar Stores of Wisconsin fired the supervisor. Two weeks later, plaintiff quit her job.
