This case arises from a suit to recover on a judgment entered against Idaho Funding Corporation (Idaho Funding). Edythe Ra-has obtained a judgment against Idaho Funding for its default on a promissory note executed by the president of Idaho Funding, Charles T. Ver Mett, in his official capacity.
