SUMMARY OPINION

CHAPEL, Presiding Judge:

¶ 1 Donald Wayne Vilandre was tried by jury and convicted of Manufacturing Methamphetamine in violation of 63 O.S.2001, § 2-401, in the District Court of Delaware County, Case No. CF-2003-160. In accordance with the jury’s recommendation the Honorable Robert G. Haney sentenced Vilandre to twenty (20) years imprisonment and a fine of $50,000.
