I. INTRODUCTION

Heather Kirn petitioned for a long-term domestic violence protective order against her ex-husband, Micah McComas. The superior court granted Kirn’s request on September 10, 2002. McComas now appeals the order, arguing that the superior court’s findings of fact and conclusions of law were erroneous.
