OPINION {¶ 1} In this case, Robert Hayden appeals from a trial court decision rejecting Hayden's application for DNA testing. As a single assignment of error, Hayden claims that "[t]he trial court abused its discretion when it failed to follow the procedures of 2953.74(A) rejecting Appellant's application for DNA testing.
