OPINION {¶ 1} Defendant-appellant Allen William Rogers appeals his conviction and sentence entered by the Stark County Court of Common Pleas, on one count of voluntary manslaughter, in violation of R.C. 2903.03(A) with a firearm specification; and one count of trafficking in cocaine, in violation of R.C. 2925.03(A)(1)(C)(4)(f), following a jury trial. Plaintiff-appellee is the State of Ohio.
