DECISION AND JUDGMENT ENTRY {¶ 1} This is an appeal of a summary judgment issued by the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas to an insurer in a declaratory judgment action. Because we conclude that a question of material fact exists as to whether the injured party was in the scope of her employment, we reverse.
