OPINION {¶ 1} Appellant, Michael Geier, appeals from the judgment of the Lake County Common Pleas Court, which denied his motion to vacate. We affirm. {¶ 2} On September 22, 1999, appellee filed a complaint for real estate tax foreclosure. Geier held a judgment lien on real estate that was subject to the foreclosure action.
