OPINION {¶ 1} Defendant-appellants Samuel Schindler and Steve Hemsath (hereinafter "Schindler" and "Hemsath," respectively) appeal from a decision of the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas in which summary judgment was granted in favor of plaintiff-appellee Audiovox Corporation (hereinafter "Audiovox").
