Max Rieke & Brothers, Inc., (Rieke) appeals from the trial court’s decision vacating an arbitration award entered in Rieke’s favor and ordering a new arbitration hearing. We are unable to address the merits of Rieke’s arguments on appeal, however, as this court lacks jurisdiction. K.S.A.
