After hearing and consideration, the court finds that the plaintiff, Krishelle, Ltd. (“Krishelle”) has made a prima facie showing of personal jurisdiction over the defendant, Marine Diesel Specialists, Inc. (“MDS”), and therefore MDS’s motion to dismiss pursuant to Mass.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(2) is DENIED.
