Plaintiffs complaint for declaratory relief, injunctive relief and monetary damages arises from the medical treatment and personal care provided to the plaintiff while he was incarcerated at defendant MCI-Shirley and at the defendant Souza Baranowski Correctional Center [“SBCC”). Plaintiffs action, brought pursuant to 42 U.S.C. §1983, 42 U.S.C. §12313 etseq.
