MEMORANDUM **

Dario Campos Villar appeals pro se the district court’s judgment dismissing without prejudice his action for failure to appear at a case management conference. We have jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1291. We review for abuse of discretion, Thompson v. Housing Auth. of the City of Los Angeles, 782 F.2d 829, 832 (9th Cir. 1986) (per curiam), and we affirm.
