MEMORANDUM **

David and Shannon Granlund appeal the district court’s denial of their motion for a continuance under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 56(f) and grant of summary judgment in favor of the Stevens County Sheriffs Department on their claims under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. We have jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1291, and we affirm.
