PER CURIAM.

[¶ 1] Steven Lee Barnum appealed from a criminal judgment entered on a

jury verdict of guilty to a charge of driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor. We affirm.

I

[¶ 2] Barnum was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor in Grand Forks on March 28, 2004. An Intoxilyzer test indicated that Barnum had a blood alcohol level of .16 percent.
