PER CURIAM.

Fabian T. Carpenter (“Defendant”) appeals from a judgment after a jury found him guilty of delivery of a controlled substance in violation of Section 195.211.

The trial court followed the jury’s recommendation and sentenced Defendant to fifteen years’ imprisonment.

Defendant raises one point on appeal.
