The Debtor, Daniel P. Swartz, filed this adversary action to obtain a determination that $172,956 in “maintenance” he was ordered to pay his ex-wife, Shawnet-ta Swartz (“Defendant”), under the decree dissolving their marriage is dis-chargeable.
