Appellees Steve Lynch, individually, and as representative of the estate of Tina Lynch, April Lynch, Loraine Cargile, and James Cargile (the Lynches) originally filed a medical malpractice wrongful death lawsuit against several defendants in Den-ton County, Texas for their alleged failure to properly care for Tina Lynch.
