¶ 1. Anna Annina appeals from an order denying her motion to vacate and dismiss a judgment convicting her of resisting an officer, contrary to Wis. Stat. § 946.41(1) (2003-04).

Annina contends that the police officer did not have lawful authority to enter her home at the time she resisted and therefore the required elements of a resisting charge are not present.
