Before the court is the Debtor’s Motion to Extend Automatic Stay pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 362(c)(3)(B). The court held a hearing on January 11, 2006, at which Debtor presented evidence and at which conclusion the court issued its oral ruling granting the Debtor’s Motion.
