The matter before the court is the motion for summary judgment filed by the plaintiff, Richard M. Hutson II, trustee for the chapter 11 debtor National Gas Distributors, LLC (“NGD”). The trustee seeks to avoid and to recover, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 547 and 550, preferential transfers aggregating $3,263,516.
