Department of Public Safety (DPS) Trooper Angela Fountain stopped Justin Amador for speeding. After an investigation, Trooper Fountain arrested Amador

for driving while intoxicated (DWI). Ama-dor asked the trial court to suppress evidence that he asserts Trooper Fountain gained without sufficient probable cause to believe he was engaged in criminal activity.
