Plaintiff Peter Esser brings this action against Rainbow Advertising Sales Corp. d/b/a Cablevision Advertising Sales (“RAS-CO”) for interference and retaliation under 29 U.S.C. §§ 2614 and 2615 of the Family and Medical Leave Act (“FMLA”). Defendant moves for summary judgment pursuant to Rule 56 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
