ROBRENO, District Judge.

Plaintiffs, Antoine M. and his parent Samuel M., are appealing the determination of a special education hearing officer that Antoine M. is ineligible for remedies under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (“IDEA”). 20 U.S.C. § 1400

et seq.

The Court denied plaintiffs’ motion for a preliminary remand to the administrative process on September 6, 2005.
