I. INTRODUCTION

Plaintiffs claim they were injured by the defendant drug manufacturers’ multifaceted and fraudulent scheme to market the drug Neurontin for a variety of “off-label uses,” or uses for which the drug had not been approved by the Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”).
