OPINION {¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Charles L. Accord, appeals his robbery conviction from the Fayette County Court of Common Pleas.1 We affirm the conviction for the reasons outlined below. {¶ 2} A jury found appellant guilty of the offense of robbery under R.C. 2911.
