DECISION AND JUDGMENT ENTRY {¶ 1} This case is before the court on appeal of the May 3, 2005 judgment of the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas which denied appellants Bay Area Seal Coating Striping, Ltd., Patrick Burns, and Sandra Burns's motion to vacate default judgment or motion for relief from default judgment. For the reasons that follow, we affirm the trial court's judgment.
