OPINION {¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Alan J. Butts ("appellant"), appeals from the denial of his motion for resentencing hearing and for correction of an erroneous sentence by the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas. For the following reasons, we affirm that denial.
