OPINION {¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Jabra I. Deir, appeals the judgment of the Willoughby Municipal Court, convicting him of one count of Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated, a violation of Kirtland Hills Village Ordinance 333.01(A)(1).
