OPINION {¶ 1} James Huber was found guilty by a jury in the Clark County Court of Common Pleas of gross sexual imposition, and the trial court sentenced him to three years of imprisonment. Huber appeals from his conviction and sentence. {¶ 2} In May 2004, the victim, who is Huber's stepdaughter, told some of her friends at school that Huber was molesting her.
