{¶ 1} This case involves the propriety of a trial court decision that granted a motion to vacate an arbitration award. On March 22, 2005, BlueRidge Arbitration (“BlueRidge”) issued a decision finding that Robert C. Wood had settled in full an account with Citibank South Dakota, N.A. (“Citibank”).
