Jeffrey S. Broadbelt (Licensee) appeals from the January 26, 2006, order of the Court of Common Pleas of Chester County (trial court), which denied his appeal from the suspension of his driving privileges imposed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation, Bureau of Licensing (DOT) pursuant to section 1547 of the Vehicle Code (Code).
